Crossbill Gin

At Crossbill Distillery, you’ll find a small team with a hands-on approach to creating gins that refine the taste and flavours that you’ll enjoy. They do not distil for other companies, focusing all of their attention and gin-making skills on Crossbill. Their ingredients are grown and sourced from the rural Highlands and distilled in Glasgow.

Crossbill Distillery is part of the Barras Public Realm Project that is working to breathe life back into the historic area of the East End of Glasgow. Their presence provides benefits to the local community and encouraging further investment and activity while retaining the Barras character and tradition.

Teals Prairie work with a variety of partners to source unique and customised products for special occasions. Our Traditional Producers have been selected to showcase the best use of classic craftsmanship. They use a combination of traditional materials and techniques to create something special for you!
