Expert Engineered Gin
Pickering’s Gin, based on an original 1947 recipe, features nine Bombay botanicals. It has been engineered by their experts to create their famous full-bodied flavour with a perfect bitter-sweet balance. This award-winning gin only came into being in 2013!
They make Pickering’s Gin in the distillery that they built themselves, from scratch, in the heart of Edinburgh. When they opened Summerhall Distillery, it was the first exclusive gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh for over 150 years.
