Since Typewronger occupied a spot on Edinburgh’s Leith Walk, the whole street has somehow become more enlightened. As well as curating an amazing selection of books, offering repair for typewriters, Tom and Elsa are experts at working out exactly what will spark joy for an individual reader. They host a variety of cultural and community events and provide a platform to support upcoming writers.

As well as including an origami animal as standard with all books (we love the dragons), Typewronger also offers reading recommendations, library consulting and titles from business books to kids’ books.
