Nadia marries her astonishing skills in chocolate creation with expert level flavour matching. Her family team have worked with the Scotch Malt whisky society, many local breweries and specialist food providers to develop bespoke chocolate gifts for events, companies and private parties.

Everything (except the Cocoa of course!) is typically sourced within a few kilometres of her base in Edinburgh. She also works with kids from a local school to explore and extract flavours from herbs and fruits grown in the community garden. Find about more about their story on their website.

They use a combination of traditional materials and techniques and everything will be typically built to order using local materials so plan ahead!
