  • How do I make a business order?

    Please just add your products to the basket and tell us how to customise them in the text entry box. You can upload images or artwork here if you need to.

    For bulk buy orders we can offer code bulk buy discounts that will be applied when you order. Or if you would like us to present you with some options for an event or your organisation, please send us a note or send us some ideas using Request A Quote.

    We also have a variety of budget promotional products as well as bespoke luxury gift items we can create with our curated social enterprises and local shopping partners. Contact us today.

  • Are there discounts for bulk orders?

    We offer discounts on orders of 20 or more of the same items. Here’s how to request a quote:

    1. On any product page enter the quantity and click REQUEST A BUSINESS QUOTE.
    2. Keep browsing and adding to this list as you go through the site.
    3. You can see your list by clicking the link at the top of the page beside My Account.
    4. Fill out your contact details, let us know how best to contact you and send the request.
  • Do you send samples?

    We are happy to send samples for wholesale and business orders. Please note that this can add significant time to the process, so let us know early if you require this! Start a discussion or leave a message using the chat feature below.

  • How long do bulk orders take?

    Large custom orders of promotional products or marketing gift sets typically take between 2 to 3 weeks (following any design discussions). We can provide visual mock-ups quickly to help you make a decision and our local designers can provide swift feedback and advice. In general, we can supply and customise almost anything within 6 weeks but please tell us your deadline when you order so we can help ensure prompt arrival of your orders. If you require global distribution or individual fulfilment we have bases in Scotland, Texas and Hong Kong so can arrange support from the location closest to where you need it.

  • Can we send you something to add to the box?

    Yes, we can build anything you like into the gift package. Brochures, marketing inserts, USBs, sweets or anything you like as long as it fits. We also have a list of bespoke small craft and social enterprise gift providers who can create something specifically for your event or promotion.

    We are constantly expanding the list (and welcome additions!) but this includes chocolates, alcohol, charity donations, books, soaps and more! Please get in touch and we can throw some ideas your way.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    Generally speaking, we do not have minimum order quantities. We like working with small businesses as well as large ones. If there are automatic minimum quantities it will be indicated in the product page.

    For specialised customised orders, (depending on the type of customisation) there may be set up costs which we will absorb for bulk orders. Speak to us and we can help advise.

  • My client needs a sample before placing the bulk order, can you provide one?

    Generally speaking yes, we can provide pre-production samples. However, we may request a sample fee which will be refunded and deducted from the final purchase order.

  • Some items in my bulk order arrived damaged. What can you do about it?

    For large bulk orders, 2% spoilage should be expected during shipping and, generally speaking, we ship more quantity than ordered to make up for this. Please send details and photos of what was spoiled and the packaging.  We will send replacements or provide compensation.

  • I am outside the UK, can you help with importing?

    Deliveries to the EU are generally very smooth and we can help with documentation and easy import.

    If you are in another destination the importing process will depend on how well your customs process works but we have safely delivered to many many countries with no problems. We have good logistics partners but if you wish to use your own customs broker, let this be known early on.

    All international orders may be subject to custom or import duties, additional tariffs and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. Any customs duties or taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery.

    We can help advise on what these charges will be. If you are in the EU we may be able to support reclaiming any charges depending on the current rules and your VAT registration.
